Everyone is welcome to join this tour, including children. However, children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please note that meals for infants are not included in the price.

Unfortunately, this onsen follows traditional Japanese tattoo policies and does not permit entry to guests with visible tattoos, regardless of size. You only need to bring your personal essentials. Rental towels are included in the tour price, so no need to worry about bringing your own.

11. What is the cancellation policy?

  • 7+ days before the tour: Full refund (minus a 10% processing fee).
  • 3–6 days before the tour: 50% refund (minus a 10% processing fee).
  • Within 2 days of the tour: No refunds.

12. What if I am running late?

Please inform us as soon as possible if you expect to be late. While we will do our best to accommodate you, significant delays may result in missing parts of the tour.


13. Is there a vegetarian or non-alcoholic option for the meal?

Yes, vegetarian and non-alcoholic options are available. Please let us know your preferences when booking, and we will ensure your meal meets your needs.


14. Can I skip the onsen experience and join only for the meal?

The onsen is a key part of the tour experience, but if you have specific concerns or preferences, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
