Let’s Create a Private Tour That Feels Just Right
We create one-of-a-kind private tours — designed entirely around your pace, interests, and travel style. Whether it’s just the two of you, a multi-generational family, or a group of 10+ friends or colleagues, we design experiences that flow naturally and feel effortless. Based in Nagano, each trip begins with a short conversation. From there, we take care of everything — guiding, transportation, meals, and immersive experiences.

Planning & Deposit
To begin crafting your custom itinerary, we require a planning deposit. This ensures dedicated time and attention to your request, and will be credited toward the final cost of your tour.
We’ll guide you through the entire process step by step — and only proceed once you're happy with the plan.
- Is this a private tour service?
Absolutely. Every trip we design is fully private — meaning your vehicle, guide (if included), and itinerary are for your group alone. No other travelers are added to your booking.
- Can you help with restaurant reservations or meal planning?
Yes — especially for dinner. We specialize in coordinating memorable meals, whether you’re looking for countryside soba, premium wagyu yakiniku, or an atmospheric izakaya tucked away on a side street.
Many of the places we recommend are local favorites, often reservation-only or hard to find. We’ll provide insider suggestions and assist with booking arrangements when possible.
- Can we request a specific theme or focus (e.g., photography, architecture, local crafts)?
Of course. Whether you’re passionate about Japanese gardens, historical buildings, hiking trails, or niche cultural experiences, we can build a route around your interests. Just let us know what you’d like to explore.
- Do you offer support for families with children?
Yes. We can customize pacing, stops, and activities to suit younger travelers — including child-friendly meals, gentler walking routes, and rest breaks. Safety and enjoyment for all ages are part of our planning.
- Can you help with places to stay or transportation?
Yes — we’ll suggest the best places to stay and the most convenient ways to get around, all tailored to your itinerary. From hidden gems to practical links and schedules, we’ll make sure every part of your trip feels smooth and effortless.
- What if we want to modify an existing tour?
We can transform one of our published tours into a custom version — adjusting timing, destinations, or pace. We also offer support when you’re switching plans after a schedule change or unexpected disruption.
- How far in advance should we reach out?
For best availability and smooth coordination, please contact us at least 2–4 weeks before your intended dates. For multi-day journeys or large groups, we recommend even earlier. That said, we understand travel can be spontaneous — we’ll do our best to assist even on short notice.
- Do you provide guided tours in languages other than English?
Currently, all guiding and support are provided in English. However, we aim to design routes and materials that are accessible and enjoyable even without constant guide presence.
- What’s the process like after we contact you?
Once we receive your request, we’ll follow up with a few key questions and propose a custom plan. After your approval, we’ll request a deposit to proceed with full itinerary design and logistics support. Final payment is due before the tour begins.
- Do you accommodate groups of 10 or more?
Yes. We regularly design travel for extended families, educational groups, corporate off-sites, and more. We can coordinate multi-vehicle transport, on-site guides, group-friendly dining, and scenic stops tailored to group dynamics.
- Can you include experiences like sake tasting, hot springs, or cultural workshops?
Definitely. Depending on the season and area, we can recommend and coordinate add-on experiences such as sake brewery visits, onsen stays, calligraphy or miso-making workshops, and more — often with our trusted local partners.
