Cancellation Policy (Group & Private Tours)

We understand that travel plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy for group and private tours.


Group Tours

Cancellation refunds are calculated based on the scheduled tour start time.

  • 7 days or more before the tour start time: 90% refund
  • 3 days or more, but less than 7 days before the tour start time: 70% refund
  • 24 hours or more, but less than 3 days before the tour start time: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour start time: No refund

ℹ️ Notes
– The 90% refund reflects non-refundable credit card, payment gateway, and transaction costs
– Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account
– Rescheduling or credits toward a future booking may be possible, depending on availability. Please contact us as early as possible

On-time departure: Tours depart on time. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. We can wait up to 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. After that, late arrivals will be treated as a no-show and are not eligible for a refund or same-day reschedule.

This policy allows us to maintain small group sizes, prepare guides and vehicles in advance, and ensure fairness to all guests. Thank you very much for your understanding and support.


Private Tours

To confirm a private tour, a non-refundable deposit is required.
Once the itinerary is finalized, full payment is required to secure your booking.
Until full payment is received, the tour dates and arrangements cannot be guaranteed.

💳 Payment & Cancellation Policy

Deposit:
– Non-refundable under all circumstances

After full payment, the following cancellation terms apply:

🗓 Peak Season (October 1 – April 30, including year-end holidays):
– Cancellation 120 days or more before the tour date → 50% refund, minus a 10% processing fee
– Cancellation within 119 days of the tour date → No refund

🌿 Regular Season (May 1 – September 30):
– Cancellation 90 days or more before the tour date → 50% refund, minus a 10% processing fee
– Cancellation within 89 days of the tour date → No refund
