• 3 to 6 days before the tour date: 50% refund of tour fees, minus a 10% processing fee.

• Within 2 days of the tour date: No refunds.

Please note: Refunds exclude a 10% processing fee to cover online payment costs. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
