Cancellation Policy (Group & Private Tours)

We understand that travel plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy for both group and private tours.


🧍 Group Tours
  • 7+ days before the tour date: Full refund, minus a 10% processing fee

  • 3 to 6 days before the tour date: 50% refund, minus a 10% processing fee

  • Within 2 days of the tour date: No refunds

Note:
– The 10% processing fee covers online payment and transaction costs.
– Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.
– Rescheduling or credits toward a future booking may be possible, depending on availability. Please contact us as early as possible.

This policy helps us maintain small group sizes, deliver personalized experiences, and ensure fairness to all guests. Thank you for your understanding.


👥 Private Tours

To confirm a private tour, a non-refundable deposit is required. Once the itinerary is finalized, we will request full payment.

  • Deposit: Non-refundable under all circumstances

  • After full payment, cancellation terms vary by season:

Peak Season (October 1 – April 30, including the year-end holidays):
– Cancellations made 120 days or more before the tour date → 50% refund
– Cancellations made within 119 days of the tour date → No refund

Regular Season (May 1 – September 30):
– Cancellations made 90 days or more before the tour date → 50% refund
– Cancellations made within 89 days of the tour date → No refund

We appreciate your understanding, as these terms allow us to secure guide availability, make necessary arrangements, and prioritize guests with confirmed plans.
