Overview
Enjoy making Oyaki(Japanese Stuffed Dumplings) and you can have it in front of a traditional Japanese sunken hearth, and also you make Matcha Tea in the Japanese style room. We walk to each Oyaki & Matcha places as we walk through main & back streets of Nagano city.
- Making 2 Oyaki and have them with Soba Tea in a traditional Japanese house with sunken hearth.
- Making Matcha tea experience in the traditional Japanese style tea place.
- Explore Nagano’s back street area, as we walk to each Oyaki and Matcha places.
- Learn and practice authentic Japanese eating style and discover other parts of Nagano outside of your guidebook.
- Connect with local business owners to learn the history and local culture.

Meet Up with our guide infront of Starbucks Midori Nagano Station
13:00 AM / Oyaki House
Great culinary experience of Oyaki making. Oyaki is cooked in irori, which is a traditional Japanese sunken hearth and you will enjoy having it near by cozy & warm bonfire.
14:00 - 14:30 / Walking to Matcha Maiking place
We will stop at some local shops and see local neighborhood in Nagano city as we walk to Matcha Making place.
14:30 / Arrival at Matcha Tea Place
Enjoy Making Matcha in Japanese style place.
15:00 / Tour Concludes
The tour concludes at the same place where you meet the guide and the guide will say god bye at this point.
