Hi!

How are you today?

Yesterday, I went Soba-Yuutsuki(蕎麦友月).

This soba restaurant is at the foot of Mt. Kobo, a famous spot for cherry blossoms in Matsumoto.

I was attracted by the pink color noodle .This is buckwheat mixed with cherry blossoms.

It’s spring limited. The color is pale pink and it is very beautiful.

Shinshu is famous for buckwheats in Japan , but this is the first time to eat soba with a pink color.

I think it is so rare.

I  can taste the flavor of cherry blossoms a little

and I felt spring season.

Cherry blossoms begin to scatter in Matsumoto.

Come to eat buckwheat^_^

bye-bye!See you next time!
